RECIPE

This bulletin doesn’t usually run recipes but after a serving of Jr. Steward David Gisler’s Sloppy Joe dinner in April, a number have asked for his recipe. Well, here are the ingredients and you can serve when you feel it’s ready.
IN A POT---brown the following – 1 TBS of butter, 1 cup of celery (chopped fine), 1 green pepper (chopped fine), 1 onion (chopped fine). Add 2 lbs of ground beef and brown. Then add 1 cup of water, 1 32oz. bottle of ketchup (or to taste), ¼ TSP chili powder, 1 TSP sugar, 1 TSP white vinegar. If you think it’s ready, eat it.
