4th OF JULY PARADE

It has become a custom for Irving Masonic Lodge to open the kitchen and dining area for masons and their families and friends during the annual Irving Parade to celebrate the 4th of July Holiday. As the lodge is on the downtown route for the parade it can afford a meeting opportunity for parade watchers. Coffee, donuts, and cold drinks are available along with air conditioning relief from the hot July day. The 2009 parade was a great success and consisted of more than 100 entries. About 50 people enjoyed the hospitality of Irving Lodge during this year event.
