John and I have discussed what the kitchen will serve over the next several weeks.
Monday, Oct 4th
Corny dogs or sandwiches. We are trying to use up all of the lunch meat remaining so we may choose the latter.
Monday, Oct 11th
Corny dogs or Chili dogs unless we do not work.
Tuesday, Oct 12th - Stated meeting
Brisket, green beans and rolls.
Saturday, Oct 16th - 50 -55 60 year dinner
Pork tenderloin and rolls.
We will take the leftover brisket and make BBQ sandwiches and depending how much we have left use for a called or possibly stated meeting .
We are thinking ham for November and turkey for December. We will firm up November before bulletin printing.
