ON THE LIGHTER SIDE

A recent study found the average American walks about 900 miles per year. Another study found that Americans drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol per year. That means, on average, Americans get about 41 miles to the gallon.

A Sunday school teacher asked her little children, as they were on the way to church service, ‘And why is it necessary to be quiet in church?’ One bright little girl replied, “Because people are sleeping.”

A Sunday school class was studying the Ten Commandments. As they finished the teacher asked if anyone could tell her what the last one said. Little Susie raised her hand and quoted, “Thou shall not take the covers off the neighbor’s wife?”
