IRVING LODGE CHRISTMAS PARTY — On Saturday, December 19th at 6:30 PM Irving Lodge will host our annual Christmas family night.  This will be the usual covered dish dinner with the Lodge providing the meat, bread and drinks.  All others are asked to bring your favorite dish of vegetable, salad, or dessert.  We expect about 100 to attend as this is open to family, friends and relatives. The ever popular Shady Grove Ramblers will be there to entertain.  All friends of Masonry are invited.  Merry Christmas!

PACK AND DELIVER THE WIDOW’S FRUIT BASKETS — Annually, a group of Irving Lodge members meet a week or so before Christmas and enjoy a day of packing and delivering a fruit basket to each of our Masonic Widows who live in the Irving area.  For the ones who live away from the Irving area, a Christmas card and a small present is mailed to each.
Any member who wishes to participate in the packing and delivery of the fruit baskets is invited to join us on Wednesday morning, December 9th at 8:30 AM.  We want to get all the baskets out of the lodge building as soon as possible.  So, if you have a list of widows for delivery, please pick up your baskets pronto.

IT'S DUES PAYING TIME AGAIN — Annual Dues for the year 2016 are now due by December 31, 2015.  Endowed, Life and 50 Year Members are exempt from the payment of dues.  All others should look at your dues card.  If it states your dues have been paid to December 31, 2015, then you should make a payment to your lodge this December month.  Dues in Irving Masonic Lodge are $125 per year.  We thank those who have already remitted the 2016 year’s dues.  We also send a special message of thanks and appreciation to those who have made donations during this, and former years.

IRVING MASONIC LODGE “GIFT OF LIFE” BLOOD DRIVE — There is no substitute for blood when needed. It is indeed a “GIFT OF LIFE” to someone when you donate.  On Saturday, December 12, Carter Blood Care will join with Irving Lodge in the collection of blood at the Irving Mall.  Age is not a factor.  Only your health and/or medication may prevent you from giving.
Hours: Noon to 6:00    Location: next to Los Lupe’s Mexican Restaurant.

OFFICER / PAST MASTER CHRISTMAS PARTY — This will be a busy December 12th Saturday for those Past Masters and Officers working the “Gift of Life” Blood Drive at Irving Mall.  We may need help to relieve any Officer or Past Master at the Mall so that they may arrange to get to the Officer/ Past Master’s Party by 6:30 PM.  This Party will include the usual Chinese Auction. Each one attending is asked to bring a gift of a value of about $10.00.  No other gifts are exchanged.  The gifts will be distributed by the Chinese Auction process. (Good Luck!)
